Registration takes place between 11am and 1pm on July 31st, 2010.
Please complete and print out the form below and bring it to
SkateJam during the Registration period.
A fee of $5 in the form of a donation to one of Skate Jams Charities applies
for each contender and can be paid at the Registration booth.
If you are under the age of 18 you must have your Parent/Guardian sign the registration form as well.
